Warrior Style Muay Thai uses the techniques of Thai Boxing to improve strength, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Known as “the art of eight limbs,” Muay Thai uses punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes, making it the ultimate full-body workout. The class includes skills ranging from fighting stance to footwork, from partner drills to shadow boxing, from pad work to heavy bag. All fitness levels welcome — beginners can get in shape; advanced students will be challenged; all will have fun!
